The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

Content provided by Users

The Owner allows Users to upload, share or provide their own content to divedeals.sg.

By providing content to divedeals.sg, Users confirm that they are legally allowed to do so and that they are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or third-party rights.

Users acknowledge and accept that by providing their own content to divedeals.sg they grant the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up and royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the entire protection term), sub-licensable and transferable license to use, access, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, process into derivative works, broadcast, stream, transmit or otherwise exploit such content to provide and promote its Service in any media or manner.

The removal, deletion, blocking or rectification of content shall not entitle Users that have provided such content or that are liable for it, to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

Users agree to hold the Owner harmless from and against any claim asserted and/or damage suffered due to content they provided to or provided through divedeals.sg.

Liability and indemnification

Hold Harmless

Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless divedeals.sg and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, representatives and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) arising from or relating to any claim, judgment, or adjudication that any Work Product, Services or Promotional.

Users hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless divedeals.sg for:

• Any changes in the promotion posted – as they may change anytime without prior notice

• Any mistakes in the content posted

• Out of Stocks sales – all of the sales events are “while stocks last” and may end earlier than specified.

Covenant not to Sue

Users hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue divedeals.sg (our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by users own action, or wrong articles posted or otherwise, while participating in such in the divedeals.sg website services, or while in, on or upon the using the website where the activity or transaction is being conducted.

No Waiver

The Owner’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Intellectual property rights

All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with divedeals.sg are, and remain, the exclusive property of the respective owners and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.

Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. The User agrees to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Severability
