1. Appointment Booking:
The promotion is valid for all existing Students at Singapore Management University (SMU).
Please notify us of your eligibility when booking and upon arrival for your appointment. If not declared beforehand, standard rates will apply.
Students must show their University Photo ID card in person at registration to enjoy the partner rates.
Partner rates apply only to selected treatments in the agreed package.
No refunds will be provided if any part of a treatment package is unused.
For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will require a deposit for rebooking, which will be forfeited if cancelled late again.
2. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made at the time of treatment. Partner rates cannot be applied retroactively after treatment is completed.
Students are responsible for covering the cost of their dental treatment directly.
Rates do not apply to third-party payment schemes e.g. Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims).
Prices are subjected to prevailing GST.
Strictly no refunds.
3. Exclusions & Limitations:
Preferential rates do not apply to consumable items such as medication and oral hygiene products.
Partner rates are valid for the duration of the partner agreement.
The clinic reserves the right to revise pricing or terms without prior notice.
If a student graduates from the university, partner rates will no longer be applicable.
