What if I don't use the full amount? The remaining balance can be used on your next visit, anytime before the expiry date.
What if my bill exceeds the voucher value? No problem. Simply top up the difference.

How do I book? After purchasing your voucher, browse the salon list and call your preferred salon directly to make an appointment.
Important! When booking, please inform the salon that you will be using a Kao Salon voucher. If you want a specific service (like a Kerasilk treatment), please confirm its availability with the salon beforehand.

How long do the results last? A Goldwell permanent colour can last up to 4-6 weeks, while a Kerasilk Smoothing Treatment can last up to 3-5 months with proper home care.
Where are the products from? Goldwell and Kerasilk products are proudly made in Germany, while the Taoyaka treatment and Newance by Topchic range are made in Japan.
