Set A ($188++ per couple) begins with a rich Lobster Bisque, followed by a generous Surf & Turf Platter for sharing featuring beer-battered Adelaide River Humpty Doo barramundi, Ruby Reserve F1 Australian Wagyu ribeye (MB 4–5, 200g).The meal ends with a Pistachio Mille Feuille Tart layered with pistachio ganache, raspberry coulis, and vanilla gelato. For a more indulgent experience, Set B ($228++ per couple) opens with Kujukushima Bay Oysters (half dozen), followed by a Trio of Australian Wagyu Cuts for sharing, including Sanchoku F1 Wagyu Coulotte, Carrara Wagyu Tri Tip, and Ruby Reserve F1 Wagyu Ribeye. These are paired with truffle mashed potatoes, house salad with honey yuzu dressing, and finished with the same Pistachio Mille Feuille Tart for sharing.
