Cavern Restaurant, Singapore's first and only cave-inspired dining destination, marks its first anniversary with a refreshed menu helmed by Head Chef Sheng Lim. Highlights include the Jerk Spiced Lamb Chop Pane, inspired by acclaimed Chef Susur Lee's creation for the "Cavern After Dark" collaboration, joined by the Hunter's Board, Confit Pork Belly and other additions that mark a bold new chapter for the restaurant. Cavern Restaurant is open to the public with diners able to visit without a park entry ticket. Diners can also expect a new after-dark arrival experience! From 6.30pm onwards, enter Cavern Restaurant through the iconic Oculus before settling into Cavern’s dining space.
