This July, as part of the Meet the K-Meat Festival, GU:UM fires up its grill for this celebration. From 1 July 2026, diners can enjoy Korea’s best cuts with the Premium Korea Platter ($268++), a hearty 800g steak feast perfect for sharing between 2 to 3 guests. The platter showcases 400g Jeju Black Pork BBQ-glazed Ribs, 140g Premium Hanwoo 1++ Lower Loin, and 140g Handon Pork Collar, accompanied by grilled seasonal vegetables and free-flow banchan. From 1 July to 31 August, the first 100 tables that order the Premium Korea Platter will receive a complimentary bottle of Cheongmyeongju Godoju 18.6% (U.P. $88++), crafted by Korea's first Nuruk Master. *While stocks last.
