Lunar New Year celebrations are extra memorable with Genki Sushi’s Yushengs. The Salmon Noodle Yusheng ($49.90), first introduced in 2025 is back by popular demand for 2026, it features long ribbons of fresh salmon, topped with specially created citrusy Yuzu sauce. For a more traditional touch, the Abalone Yusheng ($49.90) features whole taels of abalone and also finished with the same citrusy Yuzu sauce. Add-ons are available to make your Yusheng even more luxurious, including extra Salmon Noodles ($16.90), more Abalone ($16.90 for 6pcs), and Salmon Sashimi ($11.20 for 6pcs).
