Genki Sushi’s special Lobster Season dine-in menu runs from 2 January to 4 March 2026, featuring a mix of new creations and well-loved classics. While the menu will be launched in two waves, several signature items including the Inari Lobster Salad, Lobster Salad Maki, Lobster Salad Gunkan, Lobster Salad Edo-mae Sushi and Lobster Cream Croquette will be available throughout the entire season. Wave 1: 2 January to 1 February 2026 The Lobster Ramen, Baked Lobster Mentai, and Baked Cheesy Lobster each feature half a baked lobster generously coated in rich mentai sauce and a medley of cheeses. Shake Shake Jelly (Grape) which is a fun, interactive dessert. Wave 2: 2 February to 4 March 2026 Mini Genki Yusheng Salmon, Baby Lobster Black Pepper Baked Rice, Mentai Mayo Lobster Tempura, Lobster & Lobster Miso Chawanmushi and many more.
