MOGĀ invites you to a one-night-only showcase of global flavours and craft, taking you through China, Italy and Japan on 2 April 2026. Headlining the evening is a special 4-hands culinary collaboration between Michelin Guide-recognised Chef Bruno Ferrari and MOGĀ’s very own Head Chef Leon Quek. Extending the experience beyond the kitchen, MOGA will also host a guest shift takeover by TIAO Beijing, the contemporary cocktail bar inspired by traditional hutong culture. From 7pm to 11pm, Bar & Beverage Manager Miranda Xu and Head Bartender Matt Guo will present a curated selection of signature cocktails, offering a glimpse into Beijing’s evolving cocktail scene.
