Headlining the night is Chef Niyati Rao, Head Chef of Bombay Daak, with accolades spanning The Best Chef Awards 2025, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best, alongside a tour at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. She is joined by MOGĀ Head Chef Leon Quek, while behind the bar, Bombay Daak’s Head Mixologist Yatish brings Mumbai’s unapologetic drinking culture to life.
