Taking its name from maison, meaning “home” in French, and yoshoku, Japan’s interpretation of Western cuisine, the restaurant combines familiar Western dishes with Japanese ingredients, techniques and presentation. Helmed by newly appointed Vice President and award-winning chef Lamley Chua, Maison Yoshoku offers three distinct experiences throughout the day: Singapore’s first floating dessert omakase bar, where desserts are suspended in mid-air using magnetic levitation. Eight Hitsumabushi-style mains, exclusively available on weekday lunches, with each dish enjoyed four ways. Contemporary yoshoku dishes and izakaya-inspired plates, served as part of an expanded dinner menu. Grand Opening Promotion From 26 to 28 September 2026, Maison Yoshoku will offer a one-for-one promotion across the menu during lunch (11.30 am to 2 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 10 pm).
