Mama Shelter Singapore introduces Chocolate, Caviar & Champagne (CCC): Mama’s Afternoon Tea, a playful take on the classic afternoon tea, combining indulgent sweet and savoury bites with caviar, chocolate and optional Champagne or cocktails. From Mama’s Caviar Dip, Black Truffle Potato Chips, Truffle Bikini Sandwiches and Ham Croquettes to an individual Milk Chocolate Fondue served with berries, Almond Financiers and Madeleines. A Lemon Meringue Tartlet rounds off the experience with a refreshing citrus finish. Guests can pair their afternoon tea with coffee or tea, or add a cocktail or glass of Champagne for S$9.90++ per glass. CCC: Mama’s Afternoon Tea is available Wednesday to Saturday, 2.30pm to 5.30pm at Mama Restaurant, priced at S$120++ per set for up to four guests, or S$29.90++ per person when dining in a group of four.
