Milli: Sky Dining & Bar brings a nostalgic twist to afternoon tea with its new Tingkat Teatime, designed by Chef LG Han to celebrate familiar Singaporean flavours and cherished local memories. Served in a traditional four-tier tingkat for sharing, the $68++ per person experience features local-inspired bites including Popiah Tartlets & Otah Toast, White Pepper Crab Spring Roll, Chicken Rice with Roasted Chicken and an assortment of traditional kuehs. Available daily from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, the experience can be paired with cocktails by acclaimed bartender Vijay Mudaliar, inspired by Singapore’s culture and stories, all while taking in sweeping skyline views from Milli’s rooftop perched atop National Gallery Singapore.
