Diners can also sip on Singapore-inspired cocktails such as the Peranakan Spritz ($26), which blends Hendrick’s Gin and St-Germain inspired by Peranakan heritage, or The Singaporean Breakfast ($26), a playful take on the Espresso Martini combining Kopi-O coffee liqueur, Martell Noblige Cognac and Nyonya kaya. Milli: Sky Dining & Bar is open for both lunch and dinner.
