The Black Pepper Seafood Casserole with Salmon ($17.90) features tender salmon fillets cooked to perfection, along with prawns and scallops simmered in black pepper sauce served in a mini seafood pan. Meanwhile, the Black Pepper Seafood Casserole with Beef ($16.90) offers succulent slices of juicy beef coated in cracked black pepper sauce and topped with a pat of Pepper Lunch’s signature butter blend, adding an extra layer of umami as the butter melts and mingles with the peppery sauce.
