This August, Sip Sip is celebrating National Day with limited-time specials inspired by local favourites. Look forward to the Chili Crab Udon ($28), featuring Inaniwa udon tossed in chili crab sauce and topped with tempura soft-shell crab, or the Laksa Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($24), made with mozzarella, emmental, laksa leaf pesto, tomatoes, and prawns between slices of sourdough. For drinks, try the Calamansi Spritz in Matcha or Espresso ($8), or The Red Dot ($20), a special cocktail made with gin, pimento dram, and cassis tepache. Available only for the month of August, the National Day specials can also be enjoyed as a set for two at $61. The set includes one Chili Crab Udon, one Laksa Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and two Calamansi Spritz drinks in either Matcha or Espresso, making it a fun way to celebrate Singapore’s birthday with a friend in the heart of the CBD.
