Kicking off this National Day celebration campaign is the launch of Tanglin Cookhouse’s Heritage Series, which pays tribute to Singapore’s beloved hawker icons. The first chapter features Ka-Soh, the Cantonese-style Fish Noodle Soup establishment first founded in 1939. From 15 July to 31 August 2026, diners can enjoy Ka-Soh’s Signature Fish Noodle Soup ($18++) and Prawn Paste Chicken Mid Wings ($15++ for 8pcs).
