This Japanese-inspired interpretation of the classic festive creation stars Shirauo Tempura (Crispy Japanese Ice Fish), representing a home filled with gold and silver (Jin Yin Man Wu), and Salmon Sashimi to signify abundance (Nian Nian You Yu). Dusted with Karasumi (Golden Mullet Roe) to symbolise gold covering the floor (Huang Jin Man Di) and more. Designed to be both affordable and convenient, this unique dish is available for dine-in, pickup, and delivery, making it an easy addition to any celebration. The Lohei Shirauo Salad is available from 12 January to 3 March 2026, priced at $18.80 (2–3 pax) and $36.80 (4–5 pax).
