Served against the lush greenery and natural light of Lobby Bar, the experience brings together savoury bites layered with aromatic and distinctly Southeast Asian flavours, including Hokkaido Scallop Tartlet, Salmon Nori Cannelloni and Chicken Rendang Empanada, alongside handcrafted sweets inspired by the season and Classic Plain Scones. Guests can choose between Tamarind Hour, the afternoon tea’s signature offering at $58++ per person, or Season of Spice, an elevated experience with additional savoury and sweet indulgences at $78++ per person, or $168++ per person with two-hour free-flow Champagne.
