On the sweet end, the Chocolate Crepe makes way for a Pulut Hitam & Coconut Black Glutinous Rice Gelato, paired with Coconut Espuma and a Gula Melaka Crumble, a dessert built around the deep, caramel-like sweetness of gula melaka and the nutty richness of black glutinous rice, both mainstays of Singapore's dessert tradition.
