Unveiling a limited-time Flavours of Singapore from 21 July 2026, with four exclusive creations of the brand’s signature Hong Kong-style dim sum reimagined with a local twist. The menu also features the 'Orh Nee' Salted Egg Sesame Ball 芋泥金沙煎堆, which combines the rich flavours of creamy yam and salted egg, the hearty XO Fried Rice with Bacon & Luncheon Meat 培根午餐肉XO炒饭, and the refreshing Calamansi Lemongrass Fizz 冰柑桔香茅, which balances fragrant lemongrass with the bright citrus notes of calamansi. Launching alongside the National Day menu is the new Baked Black Pepper Roasted Duck Bun 酥皮焗黑椒烧鸭包, a bold new take on Tim Ho Wan's signature baked bun.
