To mark its first year, Uoharu is rolling out a limited-time anniversary menu from 14 August to 19 October as well as a slew of activities for guests to enjoy. Feast on special anniversary dishes such as the A4 Wagyu Baguette with Cured Egg Yolk, which comes with its own Egg-slide Challenge. Diners who successfully transport the egg yolk with two tubes to the bed of toast without breaking it can enjoy the dish for free. Other highlights include the Beef Bone Marrow with Baguette Toast, comforting dishes such as the Beef Tongue and Daikon Nitsuke and Oden Moriawase, and for seafood lovers don’t miss out on the Grilled Seasonal Shellfish, Jumbo Sea Tiger Prawn with Mentai Aburi and the Premium Seafood Donabe. Uoharu is also bringing in 11 new sakes and more, including four rare selections from small-scale breweries that are not often found in Singapore. Katsuo Warayaki Show will also continue to take place nightly.
