The evening begins with Osteria Caviar served with warm mini blinis and softly whipped crème fraîche, alongside Velvety Mushroom Pâté with Parmesan sablé and apricot compote, French Duck Rillette Crostini, and Escargot Vol-au-Vent in kombu-infused garlic herb butter. Highlights continue with Lobster Tartare layered with ikura and wasabi avocado, and Honey Miso Foie Gras with daikon ‘noodles’ and tentsuyu broth.
