ABSD rates effective from 27 April 2023 and remain current as of 2026. The higher of purchase price or market valuation is used for BSD and ABSD computation. CPF Ordinary Account funds can be used to pay BSD and ABSD, subject to CPF Withdrawal Limit rules.
